FLAT RATE SHIPPING  Orders are generally shipped within 3 days using Australia Post. Standard delivery standard is 2 - 7 days, however regional areas may take longer.

We offer $10 flat rate shipping for orders under $100.

We offer $15 Express rate shipping

Orders over $100 will receive free standard shipping.

We also offer local pickup from the Cooly Gym, located at The Strand, 68, Basement Level, 1/70 Marine Parade, Coolangatta QLD 4225.
