Rather than competing for customers, Collective members work together through cross-promotion, shared events, exclusive offers and community initiatives that benefit everyone involved.

The Collective is open to any small business that aligns with our values of health, wellbeing, community and collaboration.

Do I have to stock GC Active products?

Not at all.

Many Collective members don't stock GC Active products. Membership is about collaboration, not retail.

Some businesses simply display a counter sign, offer an exclusive member discount or host the occasional pop-up event.

Is there a cost to join?

The GC Active Collective is built on genuine partnerships, not membership fees.

While some future initiatives or optional marketing opportunities may have associated costs, there is currently no fee to become a member.

Do I need to refer customers?

No.

There are no referral quotas or obligations. The Collective is built on authentic relationships. Businesses naturally recommend one another when it's appropriate and genuinely beneficial for their customers.

Can I offer my own member benefits?

Absolutely.

Many Collective members provide exclusive offers, discounts or experiences to customers from other Collective businesses.

This helps strengthen the network while encouraging customers to discover and support fellow members.

Will my business be promoted?

Yes.

Do I have to attend events?

No. Events are optional.

While the Collective is proudly based on the Gold Coast, we welcome businesses from anywhere that share our vision.
